As Lead Developer & Server Administrator at Keres Consulting, Inc., I led the development of the NAMSEI Platform (Native American Management System for Environmental Impacts) for the Department of Defense, building a secure LEMP-based application that supported over 1,500 members while achieving zero security incidents. I implemented Agile methodology to guide a team of developers in delivering web applications, collaborating closely with the NAMSEI team to deploy features into production. Project sprints were handled using Jira and custom MS365 list views, which ensured timely completion and effective tracking of milestones. I maintained database integrity and version control across all Keres-managed systems, optimizing databases and queries to enhance data retrieval speeds. Additionally, I administered Linux servers (Nginx, Ubuntu), troubleshooting infrastructure issues and enforcing security compliance with 99% updime. I also managed development servers, releasing monthly updates to production environments to uphold system stability and performance. Throughout, I provided technical leadership, partnering with data team specialists to streamline workflows and meet NALEMP project deadlines.
